How does it work?
Each member will receive a (door code or key FOB) that will give them access to the building during operating hours and an online login. Members will need to utilize our app or website to reserve cages, sign up for open play times, and access to discounted services. Members will be billed on the first of each month.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your membership, please contact us directly so we can assist with your request. We ask that all cancellations be submitted at least 14 days in advance. Your final membership charge will be prorated based on the date we receive your cancellation notice, ensuring you only pay for the remaining time your membership is active.
